A complete exterior transformation of an existing two-story colonial — new board-and-batten siding, cultured stone base and entry surround, all-new roof and eaves profile. Strategic additions amplified the design: a garage workspace wing, a new window seat with heightened living room windows, and a second-floor bump-out that expanded a small bedroom into a high-impact new gable. At the rear, a new Mud and Laundry Room addition creates a more convenient rear entry off the pool, while a replanned first floor delivers an open eat-in kitchen with large island and pantry flowing into the family room with fireplace views.

A thoughtful reimagining of an early 20th-century colonial — reorganized from the ground up to serve a modern family without erasing the character of the original. The entire first floor was replanned around a new open kitchen and a spacious family room addition flowing out to a generous deck and beautifully landscaped hillside. Upstairs, a new stair unlocked attic potential as an additional bedroom, while new dormers and a new gable added volume, light, and architectural presence to the roofline.

The transformation of a compact early 20th-century sidehall colonial into a full center-hall home — an addition that doubled the footprint and fundamentally reordered the spatial hierarchy of the house. The project delivered a new kitchen, formal living room, and two additional bedrooms, along with an attached two-car garage and a rear deck opening the home to its backyard. The result reads as a confident, well-proportioned colonial that shows no seam between old and new.
